Legit W, too. Some called it a robbery but it wasn't.

    Alexander vs. Kotelnik, however...

I always wondered why he sort of just disappeared after one of his best career performances (defeat to Alexander).

The Alexander's fight was one of the worst robbery I've seen, I scored it 119-109 the last time I saw it.
I thought Maidana deserved the nod against him though.

Very different cases. Alexander vs. Kotelnik was a straight-up robbery. You were not wrong to have it wide for Andreas.

Kotelnik vs. Maidana was very close, and which direction the closer rounds were nudged amounts to stylistic preference. It was no robbery but also wouldn't have been one had it swung the other way.

lengthy amateur career + good pro career... layoff might do him good.. one more push to contender status..

He did beat Devon Alexander and I'm tired of hometown fights.

He's one of those guys who maybe doesn't quite understand the business side of boxing. He shows up to a foreign country, gets massively booed by the drunks in the audience, wins, gets robbed, starts from scratch.

He needs some greasy business villain on his side to neutralize things.

He and Ike Quartey should form a support group.
