Would be a Dangerous fight for Ward especially as He has not been very active for the last few Years.!!!!
Yes; Golovkin hasn't been mentioned much in the web, it seems. --"I think he deserves some of the hype that he's getting, but they are trying to force feed us that Golovkin is a star right now and he's not there yet," Ward said.-- :deal https://www.google.com/#q=gennady+golovkin About 1,390,000 results Watch that drop to half in few weeks. https://www.google.com/#q=andre+ward About 12,000,000 results https://www.google.com/#q=dereck+chisora About 1,530,000 results Oh.. That was in his last bar fight, good for him. Let's see is that on the canvas tonight. But I still wonder about his alleged super stardom in Kz. Help me out, Xshillos. https://www.google.com/search?q=fam...LMygPyjoLIAg&ved=0CAYQ_AUoAQ&biw=1280&bih=637 :think
Ward has a sure fight against Stevenson who called him out live on HBO but Ward ran away, refused to even answer Stevenson. Stevenson said he would fight Ward at 168, yet Ward is still afraid. Ward will only fight in his home town, with his personal referee, judges, boxing commission, etc. WHY WON'T WARD FIGHT STEVENSON AT 168?! Ward said that Kovalev is too big for him.............
They would get a higher attendance for this fight in the UK. This would do around 20k in the UK I reckon if promoted by Sky.
Google Astana if you think Kazakhstan is a shithole. Plus i believe it's considered to be a second world country.
You.. dont even understand how the Google searches you are quoting work do you? You sound like you think you are querying number of times someone searches for a term or something... Dont even get me started on the sponsorship thing... jeez. Watching people proudly self destruct in public, and having no clue that they are doing it is one of the reasons I love the internet. :good
Yeah, he was being honest and that's something fans don't understand to appreciate. I'm a fan of both and a far bigger fan of Ward but Golovkin was telling the truth. He's not going to move up for Ward who will offer absolutely nothing but a major risk. Fighters usually move up in weight under three conditions; if they can't make their current weight anymore, if there are better options in general at the higher weight or for one big payday. None in the list I just mentioned applies to Golovkin at the moment. Did you forget that GGG was going to move up for Chavez Jr.?, it wasn't because Chavez Jr. is an easy fight compared to Ward because Chavez isn't easy at all for Golovkin's style. Sure he's not as difficult as Ward but he's not a walkover. Why did Golovkin accept to move up for that fight?, clearly because Chavez Jr. offers a serious payday and serious publicity, which is what Golovkin needs. I promise you FAR more people will tune in for GGG-Chavez Jr. than they will GGG-Ward. Ward is stuck with terrible management and a proven certified terrible promoter. That's why anyone who's anyone is ignoring him these days. This sport isn't only about going in there and dominating opponents, it's also about advertisement and serious promotion otherwise no one will care to notice or remember your serious skills and ability.
Is it defo true then that groves put GGG down in sparring? I thought it was gonna turn out to be bullsh*t.
no idea, nor about saint's ribs. but if true getting dropped by groves offers no hope to ward that he can do the same.
Think Sanchez is refering to Ward's history of being a *****. Demanded to fight S6 fights only in Oakland. Turns down a fight with Bute (in Oakland). Only agrees to fight Dawson at 168. Signs to fight a faded version of Pavlik (in Oakland over AC or LV). Says he wants to fight Chavez, later in year critcizes Froch for wanting to fight Chavez, then months later goes back to saying he wants to fight Chavez. He's interested in fighting MW's, but not LHW's. Now after two judges have told him his contract with Goosen is valid, he continues to sue to break away and crticizes his promoter for not making any fights. He's lost all his momentum from the S6 and wants to try and capitalize off a smaller man who's built up his own momentum. The guy is a princess through & through.
