Blaming Richardson doesn't seem to make much sense. His job is to protect his fighter. If he sees something he doesn't think is right, it's his job to point it out. At that point, it's up to the commission to sort it out and come up with a proper solution.

Margarito wasn't trying to "cheat" Mosley.

Margarito was trying to "level out the playing field" against the cheating Mosley, cause Mosley was "juiced-up" with his usual EPO Hormones/Steroids/PEDs formula.

He can say whatever he wants. It's up to the commission to investigate and make a ruling. It's like blaming a woman for accusing her husband of domestic abuse after the husband is investigated and convicted. The fact of the matter is, you were not in there when the incident took place. Richardson was there. Margarito had to change his wraps and he was suspended for a year. If you want to blame someone, blame Margo's team and/or the CSAC.
