still think it was used as an excuse. professionals can block stuff like that out for an hour. its not like he got hit by a bus and was on life support a few hours before the fight. he had a minor operation and had some difficulties but he was in the hospital the whole time and was getting the proper care

Wilder refused to fight Fury and Chisora, so what does that make Wilder?

I personally don't think it's an excuse a blood clot isn't something you can easily dismiss depending upon where it travels it can cause untold problems from a stoke to cardiac arrest leading to death. I personally would be distracted by a close family member possibly being on deaths door.

But Fury shouldn't get a pass on any criticism for pulling out. He treated Haye and Chisora horribly after they pulled out and so deserves any heat that comes his way from this. I'm actually surprised Chisora was so classy about it when you consider some of his antics in the past but I guess even Chisora is classier than Fury.

    agreed.
but i dont think fury should be classified as classless, i think he is beyond immature and a young 25.

Well I don't think it affected Ustinov as much as the 2 hate and chiaora pullouts affected fury. Fury went through long hard training camps and had to pay expensive sparring partners. Were Ustinov didn't have to do this. He was getting paid to be chisoras sparring partner. But yeah of course he should have apologised.

Did he fuuck. Let's hope the orgs all rightly have Ustinov rated ahead of the clown Fury now. The way Ustinov viciously, psychologically KO'd Fury at the weigh in was the stuff of legends and will live long in the history of boxing folklore. Ustinov wasn't a spetsnaz commando for nothing. His owning of Fury reminded me of the scene in one of the Rambo movies where that Russian guy was torturing John Rambo.
