    i can understand why, if a fighter has multiple belts, it frees up a mandatory spot. it's not a great precedent to make, though.

    I agree with Stylez. I absolutely do not understand this decision. It makes no sense and is unfair.

    This is not a catchweight fight. Don't get mad because Pacquiao fought at ridiculous weights.

    144 vs Marquez
    150 vs Margarito
    147 vs De La Hoya
    111 vs Torrecampo
    145 vs Cotto

    And Mayweather?
    144/6 vs Marquez
    152 vs Canelo

    And 147 isn't a catchweight, but we all know Oscar had no business there.
