IB always makes very good points, it's nice to have him pop over to the british forum and give his opinion :)

I know. I'd like to ask IB the 64 thousand dollar question, should Frankie be at light-welterweight?!

Do you mean light middle? :huh (which is where he fought Pryce)

140 wouldn't make any sense, no. I know some felt he was on his best form and should have stayed there (circa the Mutley fight) and some think he looks small but he is a firmly established and comfortable welter by now.

Christ did he really? Watched the fight but I never took any notice of the weights. Puts me in mind of that magical night when Paul Smith weighed in more than Enzo Mac. I didn't dream that did I?

Where else would it have been, mate? :yep It has been nigh a decade since Pryce made the welter limit (vying unsuccessfully for Michael Jennings' British title) - since then it has all been from junior middle to super.

...and no, Smigga really did come in a cruiser last year. :!:

Thats outer ringside (and actually its £70 plus the £7 booking fee), unreserved tickets were £40 (£44 inc booking fee) but think they've sold out. On the civic site anyway did see a tweet that Frankie (or his brother who handles the tickets) had a handful of £40s left.

Gavin would have to leave off the recreational and jump on the EPO

Gavin is highly ranked in all the governing bodies; a win against Bundu will push him on further, If he wins tonight then he will be #3 on the IBF and I'm sure Frank can bring over Dan Ion so Frankie can become the Number 2 before beating Brook or schooling Porter.
