hey wanted me to go to 147. I said that's physically impossible. I couldn't do it. Then they inched up to 150. I said I can't do it, that's impossible. Those days are over. I can't make that weight anymore, I've grown.

"Then they went up to 151. And then finally, so we could make the fight, I said, 'If anything, I'll give up two pounds. I'll go up to 152. I agreed to that. Then they tried to force me to be quiet and not to mention anything that they came up with the weight of 152. And that's why ... I haven't said anything until now.

is that suppose to be a metaphor for your *** life?
I don't know why the dime just doesn't drop with people like you, MVC, super hans, lady girl, sweet science guru - you're all like a disease - and living your life through other people isn't going to help you overcome your lack of self-esteem and insecurities in real life

Yet you live your life through these posters so what does it say about you :rofl:rofl:rofl

At least the above come on boxing forums to talk about boxing, you come to attack posters because you don't have the guts to do so in real life. :hi:

So was Cotto drained vs Pacquiao? It's the exact same thing.

It's not that Canelo hasn't made weight, he just made things easier on himself by not having to lose that one last pound by negotiating it into the contract. Drained is Oscar in 2008 :deal

It's called negotiating. Freddie Roach openly ducks Margarito and Mosley. Pac wanted Mosley at 143 when he just fought Oscar @ 147 and Cotto @ 145. Mosley refused. Where are your criticisms of Pacquiao? You hypocrite.

Canelo fought at 147 for regional and international titles.

NABF welterweight title, WBO latino welterweight title, WBC youth welterweight title just to name a few ...

I keep seeing ''boxing_master'' and other people with load of post spreading false informations ...do you guys even look up sources before saying something ?

In Vegas, the default for WW is 10 oz. gloves. However, if both fighters agree, 8 oz. gloves can be used. This fight will take place at the WW limit of 147. Both Mayweather's WW and JMW WBC titles will be on the line. More than likely, 8 oz. gloves will be used.

Pacquaio fights Cotto at 145 (2lbs below the 147 weight) and Cotto, less than 7 months later is fighting at 154. But Cotto wasn't drained.

Mayweather fights Canelo at 152 (2lbs below the 154 weight) and Canelo, less than 6 months later is fighting at 155. But Canelo WAS drained.

I say that not to point out that either of them had an advantage, but simply to point out the idiotic hypocrisy on here from some morons.

Why do people care about this? Canelo sat down and agreed that 152 was reasonable enough to fight and win. He was beaten. If he felt there was no chance, he could have said no - the rules are the same for both, they know what they're entering into.

:|I think if Canelo came in at 154 and weigh in at 170 on fight night he would had looked like a slow turtle as he did when they did fight. :|
