remember him from contender as well RIP...

 

says in the article that he was on the tracks. was it a suicide attempt? perhaps he was leaving a suicide message by phone or something. seems strange.

 

very sad, he was a cool kid. this HAS to be a suicide attempt. I noted on utube how all of these guys are broke, **** broke, but they have a wife and at least 2 kids each. Most of the wives, esceot for 1 or 2 were white. Jeff was one of the responsible ones that did not abuse the system and have kids just get a welfare check.

Story has been tightly veiled but it has to be a suicide, what a way to go ...

Seems like it was an accident. ALWAYS be aware of your surroundings, I always see people crossing the street w/ headphones in, or talking on the phone not paying any attention to the road. r.i.p

 

The case remains under investigation, but according to his friends, Fraza walked on those tracks regularly. And though he had struggled recently after being diagnosed with Chron's disease, which causes inflammation of the digestive tract, those close to him believe this was an accident.
