Well I suppose we could debate whether Wilders record is as padded as Primo Carneras was, but the fact that Wilder is on that level of fake hype is pretty much the point of your post.

With his height and crazy power, his team should be confident to put him in with anyone. Their apprehension is evidence of a real problem.

Wilder's "power" - like his ability to get through fights without having his glass chin exposed - is largely a product of his padded record. If Eddie Chambers fought the collection of bar patrons and homeless people Wilder has, he'd have a gaudy KO record too.

Zuri Lawrence would go easy on guys from time to time to preserve his pristine, perfect anti-knockout record. 24 wins, zero knockout.

Even if he held back, Zuri Lawrence couldn't go through Wilder's record with zero knockout wins.

Exactly. You gotta look at the record and see who they fought to see if their "power" or their chin are for real. Clearly, in Brunson's case, neither were. And so it will almost certainly be with Wilder.

Against the kind of "opposition" Wilder has been facing, his power is most likely the result of facing fighters that virtually ANY top level boxer could KO early, and his chin is a BIG question mark because he's been facing such pathetic opposition for so long.

chitownfightfan, you still didn't state how you knew about this fight. No way any "regular" boxing fan could of had knowledge of it.

Question for you: Do you know what fighter I agreed to fight in August two weeks ago, but they are now looking like they want to back out? lol

If he does, I will expose him. Tired of all these soft ass fighters(and trainer) that don't really believe in themselves, but talk a big game.

Deontay Wilder is the king of boxing. I heard he's unbeatable. I heard he's the next George Foreman but better. I heard... pretty much everything good about him.
