No offence mate but you have a very long way to go before coming onto the internet and dishing out dietary advice.

Do some more research on your baked beans (cos I'm not going to do it for you) and come back when you've something sensible to say.

    And not before. :good

Sad and predictable that as soon as someone loses a fight its 'sack the trainer, move to America'. Plenty of really poor trainers and bull**** artists in America like anywhere.
Like with all trainer athlete relationships, gavin is a work in progress.
On the night, he was able to control the fight well at range but didn't box well up close. it cost him. that's learning. him and his team will now work on the areas highlighted in the fight its called progress.
Why suddenly panic, emigrate and hand the reigns to someone you've never met?

Not true bro. This iifym theory is fine for weight control but not for overall health. Some foods are better for you than others. That isn't bro science, it's science!

Do some research on processed foods...

Well said, can't see how Frankie getting brain damage in sparring wars in the US would help.

People on here have Frankie eating baked beans on the brain. If he ate nothing but beans on toast he'd probably make light-welterweight again.
