Maidana beats him and tests his chin.

I rate Maidana as a better fighter than Keith at this moment.

I'd take Thurman in a rough fight. Maidana struggles against guys with offense because he's open to be hit. He did good against Floyd because of Floyd's low output. I'm with Super Virgin, Thurman by body shot.

    Thurman TKO in 6 .

Broner , Karass, Lopez , Ortiz all fighters who have staggered Chino and failed to finish him off .

    Thurman FINISHES him .

This fight was actually supposed to happen before Mayweather snatched Maidana up for a rematch. This is a good fight and could go either way, I think it would come down to who catches who first. Maidana's inside game could be too much for Thurman, but if Thurman could create distance and box, I could see him stopping Maidana. Thurman may be chinny and Maidana does not take body shots well, whoever could exploit the others weakness first wins. Not really a direct answer but I think it's a pick-em kind of fight.

Maidens - proven and on top of his game. Thurman not proven against top guys. Yet to see. Go with the proven guy.

I'd take Thurman. People question his chin but Maidana was sat down by Ortiz @ jr welter.

Maidana by KO. We all saw Keith rocked to his boots by JSK, Maidana would crack that chin something rotten

Can't call it with any certainty as Thurman can crack but Maidana is proven and would be by far the best opposition Thurman has faced. I;d go with Maidana in a dog fight by stoppage but either way this ends by stoppage.

Maidana & Garcia are a scary combination. Tough to call...still need to see more of Thurman.
