Nemesapati is tucking his chin down, elbows in tight at his sides, throwing jabs out at Escalera. Counter hook by Escalera, hurting Nemesapati and backing him up. Escalera moves forward throwing bombs, setting them up with his jab, shoulders pitched forward and back arched. Nemesapati is slumping against the ropes, falling into Escalera trying to hold. BIG UPPERCUT SLICING UP THE MIDDLE into Nemesapati's chin as he is leaning in to clinch. Somehow Nemesapati stays up. Saved by the bell as Escalera pours it on.

Round 3

Nemesapati is getting moved around the ring, guard up, Escalera flooding the basement with underhanded shots leaning in low. Nemesapati is slapping down with a right hand across the neck as he backs up in straight lines. Escalera doubles a hook from body to head as Nemesapati is skating by the ropes and knocks him off balance sideways, tumbling. Nemesapati gets up with a half a minute left until the bell. Right hand, left hook by Escalera. Nemesapati is knocked back on his heels, fleeing into a corner. Nemesapati trots along the ropes and steps out to center ring, scrabbling for a clinch and cuffing a hook across the back of Escalera's head.
