    I don't blame Wilder, but I think he would have been better served to have had an accelerated path to the title, and perhaps have been beaten already.
    You do learn from defeat in many cases, or at least one or 2 battles along the way.
    It's his team that bugs me. They simply suck at preparing an athlete for a title shot.

    He may still win, but he will be lucky with the way his team has brought him along.
    Same thing with Gary Russel. His team sucks too...Or is it the same team?

    I'll add that I do think his "team" is obviously good at getting him a shot.
    They have been very careful to cradle a man who can walk on his own.
    Wilder could be 30-1, and battle tested going into this fight with Stiverne.
    It would be better than undefeated, but untested.
