I didn't think Dirrell deserved the win, especially since he started running the last few rounds when HE was the challenger. Anyway, that would be a good fight and an actual test to tripple G.

I agree, I'm favoring him to win but think it will be close. I think he got on his bike in the first fight not only because he got rocked, he was also tiring. I think he can eak out a decision and pace himself a bit better.

not saying he should be shipped to shutter island but bika is crazy and i wouldn't let my fighter in the ring with him.

    1. What did he ever do to Pavlik for you to notice? (or am I not talking to a hardcore Pavlik fan?)

    2. Is the presumed craziness related to his choice/preference in women? I'm sure Sakio's wife is under 300, I mean she's not that huge.

    3. Who's your fighter, and what's his opinion of Bika?

dude bika is nuts. fists, elbows and his head are 1a, 1b and 1c in his arsenal above and below the belt. he's talented for sure but he's not right.

and i meant a hypothetical fighter. especially a visible smallish middleweight champ moving up. i wouldn't let ggg anywhere near him. no I'm a normal dude with a membership to coach harold's air condition lacking hole in the wall. no fighters in my stable nor should there be.

and yes you know i'm a pavlik fan. talk about another head case.

Dunno if Bika sees his way past Dirrell anyway, but I won't be at all surprised - I just can't understand either of the Dirrell Bros given their talent level... both of 'em simply don't seem to like fighting very much.

Either way I see Bika as an almost ideal introduction to SMW for Golovkin, he's tough, tricky and awkward as f#kk, on top of which he certainly won't lie down.

If Golovkin could get an impressive win against Bika, especially a KO, it would kinda put SMW on watch. The only problem he has is that winning a SMW title would pretty much make any further fights at 160 irrelevent, so I can kinda understand the hesitation as long as there's valuable fights left at 160.

Yeah I know Bika is dirty up close, I was mildly trolling / fukking around if you didn't notice. :D

Ward did grind his forehead against Bika's left eye socket in either round 10 or 11 of their fight though, can't remember exactly. I'm sure Dirrell wouldn't even attempt that kind of ****.

Speaking of which, because they're buddies apparently, I wonder if Ward talked to Anthony as to how to nullify Bika's rough style in the pocket? He looked a bit clueless the first time 'round.

Pavlik will always be remembered as a Could Have Been. A more versatile & experienced trainer + no booze = who knows how far he could have gone.
