    Very respectable numbers for fighting a guy like this :deal.

    Love him or hate him, the man draws viewers and puts butts on seats. :deal

    His star power is increasing exponentially. A slight decline from the Herrera fight (Which drew close to 1 million) but whatever.

    The potential Peterson fight will draw BIG NUMBERS. :deal

    Everyone is talking about this man. In my estimation, he will become a huge star in PR/America in the next few years :deal

    That's because there are more subscribers to HBO. Both Networks are still close though, HBO has 28 million while SHOWTIME has 23 million.

    Boxing fans are no different than anyone else-they can't help themselves-it's like slowing down on the highway to observe an accident.Either way you cut it Showtime are still in the minor leagues compared to HBO.

    Amyway, **** boxing is better than no boxing, there will always be a hardcore who will tune in no matter what

    Yes, but you shmucks need to understand that by watching this you're telling these guys that its ok to match a Garcia with a Salka, what's to keep them from making more matchups like this when they see that they can count on you shmucks to watch and give them numbers like these.

    Doesn't mean anything.....you think he coulda done these numbers before with a guy like SALKA??

    Just because his numbers decline a little fighting SALKA, doesn't mean his star power hasn't increased....

    Truth is though that if this number is true its a good sign for garcia. 800K isnt bad considering the farce it was and im sure lots of real boxing fans didnt even watch. Good numbers for a SHO fight, if true.
