You know what? If everyone at every level can't be subjected to exactly the same testing every single time then I don't wanna hear it, and would rather just let let the guys carry on with their doping like they have since forever.
I mean if both fighter are allowed to dope then who cares. It's an even playing field, but when you have a situation like Wlad, and Pulev then it is unfair because you have 2 standards.
I also believe coming to the agreement of 1 standard for all pro fighters is going to be practically impossible, and am therefore in favor of letting fighters use whatever just like in untested power lifting feds. There is no cheating in those feds because all of the top lifters are in agreement to compete in an untested fed, and are therefore on a level playing field.

And that is exactly what it's all about having a level playing field!

I'll touch on another topic.....Journeymen brought in on short notice.
They have absolutely nothing to lose, and often have only 1-2 week camps with little to no sparring in preparation.
They are in a way being "cheated" before getting in the ring with a guy who had a 6-8 week camp, and good sparring, and are often in with young undefeated fighters who wan't to beat you badly to look good on TV.
Don't tell me if the journeyman uses something he is a cheater.
He would only be trying to level the playing field since he had 1-2 weeks notice.

    Pac refused against Floyd

    Pac refused against JMM IV

No video proof that it was Manny who took tests against Rios. Funny how something that big was missed by 24/7 when 24/7 videos stupid **** like Manny and his religious cult.

    yahoo sports:

Schaefer said he believes the fight can be salvaged over the weekend and the first step is making certain that Pacquiao is aware of Mayweather's 14-day offer. "There are reports [on the Internet] that Manny is not aware of this and we want to make certain that he knows what Floyd has agreed to do," Schaefer said.

However, Koncz said he was informed of the offer by promoter Bob Arum and that he brought it directly to Pacquiao, who would not even consider it. Koncz said Pacquiao was very firm in his decision.

"Bob called and told us about the 14 days and I brought that to Manny and he said, 'I told you, we're not agreeing to that,' and that was pretty much it," Koncz said.

Straight from the horse's mouth. Fail again, manny him self denied it and confirmed by his own team.

    WTF is this sheet???

pac did not refuse testing. he counteroffered urine test all the way to fight day and 2 blood at anytime 24 days before the fight and one after the fight.

and again....anabolic steroid and epo are both detectable through urine test.

and nobody has really refused standard state or sanctioning body mandated testing.

Hey man, I didn't create this article it's confirmed true by both sides of the camp. Pac ducked the test.

I do not recall Manny taking any part of the stringent testing...that looks like a duck to me.

duck/ducking is the same as avoiding. pac did not avoid testing.

pac offered urine test all the way to fight day. ananolic steroid and synthetic epo are detectable through urine test.

urine test is also the only accepted method by wada in detecting epo.
