How can anyone think Ward is 'more skilled' than Rigondeaux?

the mistake people make is that they think you can only be skilled if you are an outside, sharp fighter like rigondeaux.

if you ever tried doing the **** bhop and ward does, inside fighting of that high level you'd know that it is much harder to learn and execute that **** than being dominant from the outside. whatever... opinions will be opinions.

You said the **** Bhop is uber skilled vs the **** Rigo does. You implied that it is a choice that Bhop is a spoiler type, but that is wrong. It is hard doing anything at a high skill level sure, but let's not kid ourselves. Bhop could never fight like Jones Jr even if he wanted to.

 

Donaire is a better win than anyone ward has beat, and he did it in an incredible manner

he's in a weak division.... but in fairness the competition doesn't get much stiffer until about two more weight classes up.... which means he'll face mediocre opposition until he retires.

 

Weak? Frampton,quigg,donaire, Santa Cruz , Martinez it's far from weak, 168 is weaker division up from there? Loma, the Mexican Russian , Walters etc

He's one of the best out there technically and Donaire is probably a more difficult opponent than anyone Ward has ever fought.
