Massive over statement.

I don't think he does for the below reasons:

• As he has moved up in weight his power has decreased
• His body appears natural looking
• He does not really have or use things that i think PEDS would give you. He is not freakishly strong, he doesn't have ridiculous power, and his stamina is great because he is so economical with his movements, not because he is juicing.
• He pushed for Drug testing on his fights and accused Pac man of juicing. Would be a very stupid move to request drug testing, and push for more stringent testing throughout the sport if you were juicing. Especially if you were Floyd Mayweather. The entire boxing world wants to see him fall.

To me i cant see anything to indicate he is juicing.
