what happened to robert helenius?

Probably injured or having promotion issues.

But seriously, he has some issues with Sauerland. He might fight this year or not (Sauerland deal should end this year), he have stated that he will continue his career for years.

E. And his vocal cord was paralyzed in the sparring session when sparring partner hit him in the throat, that is why he sounds like the Batman.

 

Yeah, he destroyed him by loosing on points....

 

He got a drinking problem.

His recent DUI+with the voice and beard on that videos suggests to me, that he is drinking heavily.

 

About what? Thing is like i already said. Robert have issues with Sauerland and his contract shoud end 31.12.2014. Except Sauerland thinks that it should still continue because Helenius has been injured so many times. Helenius side doesn't agree.

Sauerland have offered him fights (well atleast one) this year but paycheck was abysmal and camp Helenius stated that they would have had to take a loan to make that fight happen.

Last month Helenius said that he might fight end of this year and will continue his career 5-7 years.
