Salka was clearly out of it by the second knockdown, his legs were gone, but the ref let it go anyway so Danny could have a highlight reel KO as to erase his previous sloppy performance. Salka's level definitely wasn't enough for a world championship , and he could have been seriously injured.
Imagine the outcry if salka got seriously hurt Haymon, Garcia, Showtime and the commission would have been vilified Would have been a huge black eye for boxing And salka being seriously hurt was a real possibility But of course they don't think about things like that before making such weight and skill mismatches
