Brook catches Khan trying to be matcho and throw a 8 punch combo with a 'chocolate brownie' of a right had counter punch in about round 4 which Khan doesn't recover from

The difference is levels. Brook is still getting comfortable at this level. Khan has been here for the last 5 years.

Khan also has better sparring more talent.

Brook possess more ring IQ but can easily be backed up as we saw last night and consistently open to attacks.

60-40 to Khan. I think Brook would be too confident and that could be his undoing.

Brook lands a chocolate brownie on Khan's glass chin and retires Khan and his army of fans who know nothing about boxing.

Khan has 'been at this level' very nearly getting embarrassed and rocked by a blown up lightweight with no power, yeah. He ain't backing brook up.

Brook has a better boxing brain and is much calmer in the ring. Khan will be darting in and out trying to land, getting timed and countered and probably knocked out.

Over the moon that Kell got the job done, full credit to him.

As for him v Khan, hopefully this fight gets made sooner rather than later.. big fight for Britain. Would have to lean towards Khan though.

Khan will win if he doesn't get knocked. He has a much higher work rate, and is pretty accurate.

It's all very well talking about Kell only now getting comfortable at this level, but Amir's last win at this level was over Maidana, and that was almost four years ago! Amir has not fought at this level for 18 months, whereas Kell has a win over a prime champion who is better than anyone Amir has beat.

Shawn Porter is an incredibly strong WW!! He fought as a MW in the amateurs and he is probably the physically strongest elite fighter there is at 147. There is no way Amir could replicate the bully-boy tactics that Porter used. Add to that the fact that Kell dealt with Porter's constant pressure in a thoroughly effective manner and wobbled Showtime on more than one occasion.

Amir trying to fight Brook like Porter would be the worst thing Khan could do! It would neutralise any natural advantages he may possess, and with his suspect beard, it would undoubtedly lead to a ko win for Brook.

You make a great point about complacency being something that Kell would have to guard against! But I believe that Kell learned the hard way in his first fight with Jones what happens when you do not take an opponent as seriously as you should. Besides both Khan and Brook hate each other!! So that should negate the possibility of Kell cutting any corners in training.

Khan has plenty of talent, but the pre-fight build up and his natural willingness to be involved in a tear-up would ensure that he engaged Kell far more than what was good for him.

Kell needs another big win over a marquee name if he is to have any chance of fighting Mayweather and Amir would go into a Brook fight knowing that were he to beat Kell he is practically assured of a Mayweather fight!!

A huge UK PPV fight between two blokes who genuine dislike each other, for a world title and the possible prize of a Mayweather fight awaiting the winner!! Holy ****, what a fight!! It's so big an occasion and so obvious a match-up, that it will probably never get made (I hope that it does though).
