Funny i'v never heard someone being called a racist because they don't like a white fighter but i guess it's only white people can be racist, the same morons shouting racism probably admire racist scum like Al Sharpton and Jessie Jackson hypocrites to the extreme.

Broner I can understand because he hasn`t proven much as of yet. His first true test was a setback which may have been a good thing but nevertheless a setback. His ****iness doesn`t sit well with people who feel he hasn`t fought the best competition out there.

As for Mayweather, he is truly hated because he has been on top for about 15 years, and still going strong. He is black and successful when it comes to boxing. I don`t know how much education he has but as for boxing, he has definitely changed the sport since he beat Oscar.

Mayweather is also hated because of how he flaunts his wealth. As much as I am a fan, sometimes I too get annoyed not because he is actually flaunting it, but more because it`s the same thing all the time. We know about the cars, the houses, the gambling, the clothes, watches, we know already; educate us or show us something that we the casual fan who buy PPV or pirate it can relate to. The average person who watches Floyd will never in a lifetime be able to afford what Mayweather boasts about. I know i can`t, but I don`t hate him but I understand why people do.

Another reason is that it ties into the 1st, which is everytime peole feel that he will lose, he wins. He did it his way. His record speaks for itself, punch stats speaks for itself no matter how much you love another fighter, Mayweather is miles ahead of these other fighters. There are always excuses when he wins which just infuriates people to seem him prove them wrong time and time again.

Mayweather is a hated fighter and that is probably his selling point. The massess want to see him lose so bad that when he does, it will seeem like the happiest moment of people`s lives.
