He beat Cotto, that's about it. His entire claim to being a top flight fighter rests upon that solitary win.

Every other time he's stepped up he's lost, and in case you missed it, was kinda lucky his journeyman opponent picked up an injury in his most recent fight.

Essentially he's a kinda Geale level guy - an ex-titlist who ain't really all that, but with a good win against a recognised fighter and a reasonable clutch of second tier victories.
