    Why is it only boxing 'fans' who consistently deny the cold hard facts? It's ridiculous.

    Tbh mate i would'nt have complained who they gave the fight too. It was a close one and even though the fight was'nt much cop they need to do it again. Having studied the fight it was Hopkins landing the clenaer, more eye catching punches. Also Even though hoplkns tied Calzaghe up i dont think he was as bad as i made him out to be. I also agree with Werris about the punch stat. Who ever did those needs to be fired.

    I'll be disapointed if they don't do this one again.

    Calzgahe was the one coming forward and i think people have looked to much into that. Calzaghe did'nt really have much luck landing anything good looking on Hopkins in this fight. He came forward but was he really that effective?

    All petty insults aside does this not just tell you one thing? It was obviously a close fight & the scoring subjective. Of course I was dissapointed with the result but my only hope now is Joe makes the right match up for his last fight & the ever charismatic Bhop makes the sensible choice & retires.

    I just re watched the fight and the constant holding and dangerously leading with the head by Hopkins was far worse then I remembered.
