Facing a puncher or not is irrelevant for Khan as blown up lightweights with no power can put him on his backside and rock him repeatedly. Every fight is a risk for him.

im just saying that you dont know what happned but your writing that in every thread. Theres a lot of doubt in what your saying, your taking that arums repied quickly as proof your right but thats not the case at all, roach said he didnt want the khan fight, its very possible that after hearing what khan said arum contacted roach to see what he thought about that fight, then arum came out with that well need to investigate the contratcs to see if it makes sense, then theres no word from either camp for a while until the fights announced then khan gave the opposite account after that, arum could have just said that to deflect attention which did happen. then theres the top rank goldenboy issue and plently of others theres a lot of doubt in what your saying but your writing as though its fact, and you even acknowledge in another thread that arums is certainly capable of these tricks,
and in the other thread you dont think pacquios team is interested at all you think its all tricks by arums to get the 'simple minded idiots' going, and that its obvious hes just making this up

Arum obviously thought the Khan fight too risky which is why Pacquiao is fighting the kickboxer who got a gift against Ruslan...

Khan badly wanted to fight Manny but Team Pac wanted no parts of him

I do know what happened which is why I'm in this discussion with you. I'm judging based on what happened and clearly Arum responded only to see Khan completely silence in return. Roach didn't want Khan because he thought it would be a boring fight and preferred a higher caliber opponent coming off a big win. Roach made that claim on the 11th of June, Khan called Pacquiao out later that month and received a response from Arum on the 30th of June. Surely Arum would have had enough time from the 11th of June all the way to the 30th to know what Roach feels about it. Yet, Arum still immediately responded to Khan's claims despite Roach making it clear for nearly a full month that he would rather see Pacquiao fight someone else. After Arum's response, what happened to Khan and his team?, did they send anything?, did Khan even bother to respond through his nonsensical twitter account?, the answer is NO. So Arum moved on, simple. Khan only decided to bark again when Pacquiao vs Algieri became official more than two weeks after Arum responded to him.

Regarding what I acknowledge Arum does, I already explained that to you and I'm pasting it here again.

what arum said wasnt that challenging he basically said hes looking into it, if he wasnt looking into as he claimed khans team was possibly waiting for him to enter talks that never arrived, then the algeiir fight came out of the blue, khan then disputed arums claims and said his team looked into it and got no response after the announcement of manny fight with algeiri, what you say arum is doing with the mayweather , he could easily be doing with khan, its clearly not above him in your view.
Maybe arum knew that roach didnt want the fight since june 11th and just gave that interview to shut khan up, because it would be at 147 and pacquiio is planning to go down to 140 unless a mayweather fight as they claimed. He could have known this sicne june 11 and just did what you say he has done with mayweather.
You dont know what happened you read the same things I did execpt your acting like you seen eveything in house, 'did khans team send anything' you cant know this, your just taking one persons word over another

Please explain what running from a loss actually means ?

Do you mean that when a fighter loses he should only try avenging that defeat from that point on or retire ? Dont be idiotic

Roach knows this new Khan would outbox the small Manny with ease.. Khan would make his reach count.

Manny don't move around the ring the way he used to and only has the straight left which is his money shot, this fight goes 12 only one winner Khan..

If Khan's team were waiting for talks they would have been vocal about it. You can't just bark "I want to fight" only to completely shut up when the other side responds. The Algieri fight never came out of the blue, Arum hinted that this fight is a possibility as soon as Algieri beat Provodnikov. It was also publicly announced that the Provodnikov vs Algieri winner is most likely fighting Pacquiao before that fight happened. You need to recheck your facts and look into what was going on back then before getting into the discussion.

No, he couldn't easily be doing the same with Mayweather as he is with Khan because all the facts, which I've mentioned already, are completely and totally against Khan. You didn't even know when Khan called Pacquiao out, when Arum responded and when the Algieri fight was made, I am informing you of the information in this thread yet you continue playing stubborn as if you knew all along. How would saying stuff along the lines of "We sent people to talk to Khan's team if they're serious and heard nothing positive in return" an attempt to shut Khan up?, if anything that's the best way to encourage him to continue speaking, yet Khan decided to respond to his ******ed fans and set things straight regarding his street fight with teenagers.

If you're going to play a case of "We don't know what happened" then I guess this discussion dies right now. We have to be working for TOP RANK and Golden Boy to know "what happened" and further discuss... Fact is, Khan's antics are wide open and I mentioned previous examples which coincide with this exact one where he barked at opponents at the right time knowing that he won't fight them or they can't fight him at the moment due to certain obligations.

No offense, but it would be beyond idiotic for you to compare the Mayweather-Arum case with Khan. It's well known(please don't give the "we don't know" bullcrap, the facts in this case has been all over the internet for nearly a decade) that Mayweather and Arum have been literally hating one another since 2006 and have a boiling history. Khan on the other hand has no negative history with Arum. He responded maturely and reasonably to Khan's team and saw them crawl back into their hole as they usually do when fighters answer back.

Cotto-Canelo and Khan-Brook in May 2015? Separate cards or together? Great month of boxing, Floyd's #'s will drop.

I followed it at the time I just havent memorised every line and the dates, and in the arum interview when hes talking about 'feeling up' and the quote you used hes talking about that fight a month before, where he claims he got no feedback,he then talks about contractual issues and says hes going to investigate it, maybe he didnt and again khans team was waiting, and saying the mayweather arum case is completely different isnt right either, as its been obvious that there has been a cold war between the to companies that you and everybody else knows and it was just in the middle of huge changes around the time of the fight talk, and again arum is a confirmed shameless liar whod have no problem doing this and has before
