Selective reading of the studies, some say it does which I agree with, some say it doesn't which you agree with. But your sucking smoke into your lungs, your logic should tell you its probably not the healthiest thing to do.
Look at Diaz brothers, they smoke pot everyday all day and they do triathlones and marathones and are profesional mma fighters. I dunno. I like to smoke pot but in moderation. Cant train on it, but it relaxes me if i cant sleep. But yeah if smoke like a ****ing chimney then yea its not good i suppose.
You should be careful, depending on how you use it. I know you said you don't train on it, but it has been linked to causing cardiomyopathy. You may be overworking your heart. Just keep that in mind.
It sounds like you smoke before you train. Be very careful of this. Overtime, you may develop a cardial problem. You must realize that you're working your heart abnormally hard when you smoke and work out simeltaneously.
This is true, even buying bottled water is a mission! I only read the other day you need to look at the bottom of the bottle for certain letters to make sure the botte isnt made from some stuff that gets in the water! atsch
Find something to do then. Read a book, do a crossword puzzle, anything but sitting there and smoking weed.
Basically you're just going to have to make a choice. If you want to take boxing seriously, you are going to have to choose between smoking pot and boxing. I don't really need to tell you, you know that yourself and you've posted this up here hoping somebody will tell you that you can do both so you feel good about yourself when your smoking.
