Amir and his hypocrisy really do irritate me! Khan has been spotted, pissed as a fart, on numerous occasions (which I thought was a huge no-no for a Muslim). He got put on his arse (surprise surprise) during a scuffle in Brum in 2012 (in which he supposedly got robbed). He regularly cheats on his Wife, he was recently arrested for (allegedly) brawling with two young lads in Bolton...yet he talks as if he lives the life of a Sufi Saint!!! ****ing hypocrite!!

I was rather brusque and I do apologise for that. That said, your post did read like you were suggesting that all we were interested in was the sordid details of the event in question, when quite clearly most fans' initial thoughts were regarding Kell's welfare. Having been a fan of Special K for many years, I sincerely hope that he makes a full recovery, as do any genuine boxing fans. And I most certainly do know how the rumour mill operates, which is why, when a guy posts that he is "In the know" and fully aware as to what exactly happened and the motivation behind it (but would not publicly post it for fear of the Mods removing said post) many of us requested that he pm us. The poster in question has chose not to, and I (and others) respect that. But we cannot be criticised for wanting to know, surely? Without any form of curiosity, what is the point of logging into this site?? I wholeheartedly agree with you that unfounded speculation regarding Kell possibly indulging in recreational drugs is not in the best of taste (which is why I refrained from mentioning it) but most of us on here are "Men of the world" and possess sufficient intelligence to realise that events such as these, in locations such as Tenerife, at occur at such an hour of day do allow such speculation to "evolve".
I've never watched it BR, so I cannot comment. A brief Wiki (i'm never ashamed to admit my ignorance) does suggest that it is critically acclaimed...but it is sci-fi, which is not my favourite genre of tv show. Different strokes (etc) eh mate?
