Today I'd favor Bradley over any version on Margarito, but against the Mayweather who fought Maidana, Pre-Pacquiao Margarito wins by a UD,,... If you carefully wait for him to stop punching, he won''t,,... See the Clottey fight,,... Pacquiao beats him again but not as dominating like the first fight,,... The rest get's beaten,,...
That was way past prime Barrera,,... Far from the Barrera who fought Pacquiao in the first fight,,... Prime Barrera beats him,,... We all know the story between Marquez and Morales,,... Marquez overpriced himself, fight did not happen,,... Instead he fought John for peanuts on a non-PPV fight and lost,,...
There's no honor in winning a title belt while forcing a weight beneath what it is supposed to be contested at.
I really didn't understand the question. But since I thought it over, having a close fight with pac from a Bradley level fighter is a million x better than beating up a suspended marg who's only fights at jmw was getting drilled by Daniel Santos. That should tell one all they need to know. And Santos beat up a much better younger and active marg. Beating marg is not some kind of accomplishment
now that you mention it.. ID LOVE TO SEE THAT FIGHT. marquez would go down but i honestly think the marquez from the 4th pac fight could fight him off ?
the cw is more the last straw when -your opponent you fight for a 154 title is a fighter who was not ranked there -was coming off a brutal KO loss -was coming off a year suspension for loading his wraps with plaster (which basically put a huge asterisk over his career up until that point) if pac had fought a legit ranked fighter at 154 at 150 i would not have to much of a problem with it
Margarito along with Williams and Donaire was once upon a time the top 3 most feared man,,... Champs ran and ducked,,... Why? Too much of a risk to take on!
