    What a twat ,There is something called drills for sparring ,doesn't matter who your spar against as long as its controled,,,,go learn

    Some people have not clue what sparring is. The first time I stepped in a ring was against a pro boxer and we did 3 rounds. I was 15 y/o. My friend was 16 y/o and had more experience so he was sparring against Edwin "Chapo" Rosario when Chapo was world champ.

    Sparring is not to hurt each other. It does happen but that isn't the purpose

    If Maidana took it seriously and really wanted to hurt and KO Mikey Garcia, he can do it within 2-3 rounds easily. This is a sparring match, not a real fight.
