Vernon Forrest would have sparked him. And don't get me started on Margarito, Williams and Tito. Zab dropped him and he has no power on his right hand I'd say he has a very average chin just hard to hit.

 

Level if delusional hatred for Floyd is amazing. There are plenty of things to you can criticise Floyd about (and deservedly so), but his chin? MrPr, MarcusBrowne and the like - you come across as totally ******ed.

Don't know about his chin, but his head is as hard as an anvil. I'm assuming we are talking about his chin literally, because he's been hit with good punches everywhere on his head and never been dropped.

Floyds career would have ended had he absorbed the same hellacious shots Margarito took against Mosley .

If he had a glass chin like you fools are saying he would of fallen many times from some of the harder shots he didnt see coming.

 

No one is saying he has a glass chin .

Were saying its an average chin .

His chin has never failed him so it is not that bad

 

The first shot didn't hurt him as much as the second one. The second shot hit him in the temple and that was the harder punch. The first shot stunned him and he reacted smartly by grabbing and smothering. His chin is fine, a temple shot like the one he got hit with especially because he didn't see it is one of the worst kind of shots you can take.

 

Believe it or not there is a middle ground between glass and cast iron. As mentioned I think Floyd's chin on a scale of 1-10 is about a 7-7.5 range.

That's hardly a slam at the guy, but face it he ain't taking the shots Tyson took in the Lewis fight and lasting anywhere close to that long. And if Hearns were to catch him clean, his new nickname would be Floyd kisses the canvass Mayweather.
