Thats because the padding wasnt removed. Why would you even remove the padding prior to the gloves hitting the table where they are going to be inspected by half a dozen people from the opposing camp before theyre certified?

There should be a limit as to how gullible you can be with regards to eating up rumors and TMT propaganda.
