I scored both fights 115-113 for Kotelnik and Floyd. Maydana also lost to Khan and lost every second of every round to Devon Alexander 90-100 total (who also happened to get a gift from judges against Kotelnik). Anyway, who beat Maidana more decisively from the two?
Mayweather Kotelnik vs. Maidana was a lot more debatable just nature of the fight. Mayweather vs. Maidana, I scored wider and no way can anyone justify with the scoring criteria as it is that Maidana won 6 rounds. Scoring Mayweather vs. Maidana I a draw is obvious bias hatred (why the 15 posters on ESB who scored it a draw are... the 15 posters on ESB who you could predict scored it a draw and shouted from rooftops their opinion). Scoring Kotelnik vs. Maidana a draw or to Maidana, well, I would say you were looking to give Maidana a round or two perhaps but it wouldn't be among anyone's worst scored fights or anything.
yeah just seen the first figth may-mai, and its a very close split decision but definitely its for Floyd, or t very least a draw. Even when Mai had Mo on the ropes, Mo never looked troubled. and whilst Mai didn't look ruffled more than briefly, he lost more rounds than won. Money was always going to win the fight, he looked like he could have stepped it up earlier.
Don't you mean 12/0 ? And Devon was not one of the two the op was asking about. He just felt the need to include all chino losses so he can make him look bad without being to obvious. That's how bad of a troll he is, can't even hide his pathetic bias bs in his own thread. Maybe he learned from boxing clown/proflammer/***boxer
Mayweather by a **** hair. I has the same 115-113 to Kotelnik (not a robbery) and 116-112 to Mayweather.
This When Maidana fought Alexander he allowed him to smother his work by clinching because he didnt create distance using the jab, Maidana just used to throw bombs and hoped something landed. Now he pops the jab in nicely, mixes it up between the body and the head and even springs a surprise hook from the jab . . . had he done this against Alexander, Khan and even Kotelnik hed probably not have taken a single loss in his career but it took having those losses and moving to oxnard to push his career forward. Robert Garcia actually brings out the best in a fighters style (not counting Rios because he just likes to stand and trade) but the guys who dont want to eat punches he has generally improved fairly well. the guys a good trainer unlike the over glorified Emmanuel Steward or Virgil Hunter Virgil Hunter since working with Amir Khan has added nothing to his arsenal and Khan is still the same fighter he was under Roach only now he is more cautious to getting KTFO. Steward had the perfect style adapted from Tommy Hearns and for guys like Lennox Lewis or Wladimir Klitschko it works because they are tall rangey fighters unlike Miguel Cotto who struggled to beat a past his prime Ricardo Mayorga. But to answer the Question Mayweather beat Maidana by a nice 116-112/115-113 and i cant score a round past that to make a case for a draw or a win in Maidanas Favour. With Kotelnik you can at least argue Maidana won
I maidana beating Kotelnik 115--113, but the other way is fine as is 114-114, that fight was super close. Floyd won 115-113 on my card on a re watch today. That was also close, swing rounds in both the Kotelnik and Floyd fights.
