:happy WHY WITH THE FANTASTIC BOXERS DO YOU
HAVE VERY LITTLE SUPPORT IN THE USA
70% OF THE CROED ON SATURDAY WAS WELSH OR BRITISH.
IF THE FIGHT WAS IN WALES IT WOULD HAVE BEEN 60K TO 70K
REMEMBER WE ARE A VERY SMALL NATION.
i THOUGHT YOU WERE BIG BOXING FANS.
WE SAW JOE FIGHT SOME NOBODY MANFREDO WITH 35K

HE WAS JUST A REALITY TV PERSON
MAYBE A GOOD OPOSITION FOR BHOP

in Montreal the crowds are really big. Don't forget that alot of american cities have a basketball team, a baseball team, a football team, college basketball team, college football team, hockey team, etc etc boxing has alot of competition.

    It was a special occasion.
General boxing matches in Britain don't get particularly large attendances.

Because BHop is a douche bag.

Top Ten reasons why there was a small crowd:

    1. There's a lot to do in Vegas besides the fights.
    2. You're down $5000 on the tables and some Welshman is willing to pay you a grand for your ticket.
    3. Air travel absolutely sucks.
    4. It's better at home on a 50" LCD in an Italian leather recliner and cooler of beer near by.
    5. You might have to sit next to a drunk Welshman.
    6. The NBA Playoffs.
    7. The wife insists on going.
    8. Did I mention Welshmen.
    9. You might have to sit behind Don King's hair.
    10. It was a Calzaghe fight.

Most big cities in the UK have several footy teams, a couple of rugby teams, a cricket team etc etc.

But 50k plus still show up for a good fight.

    - Yeh its great how the Brits support their boxers. UK has soccer and rugby thats it. We have baseball, football, hockey, basketball etc, they draw the big crowds. Boxing is more mains stream there it seems, boxing is very marginalized here.

    - Outside of the boxing fans no one cares for Bhop here, he is a boring fighter

    - Boxing isnt very popular but UFC is become more mainstraim among the younger crowd, younger crowd 30 and under arent much of a boxing fan they much rather watch UFC

UK has Football, 2 forms of Rugby (League and Union), Cricket.

Your excuses are pathetic, just coz I support my local Rugby team and a non-local Football team isnt going to stop me traveling a few hundred miles to watch boxing.

That excuse is pathetic!....you have other sports so therfor you cant support your boxers? What a joke! ''Mecca of boxing''? Yeah right!
