When Floyd embarked on his USADA campaign for the Mosley fight I recall Shane saying that they blood tested him 8 times over a 3 week period. That's a lot of blood. No wonder the old habitual roid user was done after 3 rounds. He had been cleaned out of any roid or ped in his system.

JMM had him curled up on the canvas sleeping like a baby. A position BHOP has never been in and very likely, never will. :yep

The fact is Bernad Hopkins is a much better boxer than either Pacquiao or Mayweather. In all his fights he has never been beaten on as much as Mayweather and Pac have.
Some fool earlier said something about BHOP fighting people like Allen and Joppy, but fool don't you realize that both of those fighters were better than Canelo or Ortiz?
Fools call BHOP boring, yet they'll be watching him, glued to their seats as he defeats Kovalev.

You mean aside from offering a 14 day cutoff for random testing and actually picking up the phone to make an offer after Pacquiao ran away from the first negotiations? Not much, but still more than Tranny Pacquiao or his punk ass team have done. :deal

Look you clowns If and its a very big IF Mayweather ever does get the balls to fight Paquaio just imagine the stipulations Floyd would want. **** look what he did to Maidana because he was scared of his punching power & Floyd called him a B + fighter.
Floyd would want Bayless and Cortez in ring together to protect him. He'd also insist Manny has one arm tied behind his back plus wear a blindfold.
Forget it Never gonna happen Floyd has an empty scrotum

    Who cares?

Every public statement for like three years from Pacquiaos camp is that they want the fight.

Every statement from Mayweather's camp is that they do not want the fight. It is that simple.

The drug tests were above and beyond what the commissions ask for. Mayweather slandered Pacquiao to the point where he sued. Yet Pacquiao is to blame for accepting demands from Mayweather that are above and beyond a normal fight?

Comeon man use some common sense.

What a garbage drug test that is. Anybody could still sneak some PEDS thru easily.

Fact is: From 2009-2013, they never wanted ****, they avoided him at all costs.

He also refused the 40 million flat fee which was more than fair. Has he made even close to that amount in his entire career?

    Nope.

If he didn't refuse it during the times when it mattered, we would have had the fight. But no.

He had to avoid it because he was on that A-Side Meth and the world knows it. :hi::hi:

... And they conveniently make these statements only when Mayweather or Pacquiao, or both already have a fight lined up. Coincidence? I think not.

Anyone who thinks testing is the only reason the fight never happened is naive beyond belief

Picking and choosing snippets to suit your own agendas

So many clueless kids on both sides

Yeah, only about 8x more tests than the state boxing commissions would ever subject a fighter to for a major title fight...

The reason for the fight not happening when it mattered most in 2010 was testing and testing alone, and that has been confirmed by every credible source that was involved.

Lots of fighter talk about what is on the horizon when they already have fights lined up. It's not like the only time Pacquiao says this stuff is when he is already preoccupied.

I like Floyd but even if he doesn't want the fight atleast he could fake it publicly and sabatoge it behind the scenes.

It's hard to buy a **** PPV like Maidana II when the guy won't even talk about pacquiao publicly without a list of ridiculous demands.
