Idk I have a certain feeling that Khan has Floyd's number and he will beat him if given the opportunity, I predict that Floyd will take too many rounds to adjust to Khan's Style and Speed, Khan has epic workrate, I can foresee him winning 7 rounds against Floyd and making History.

So how would Britain reacts if that happens?

Hero's reception? I know he's kinda hater there, tho.

Khan has the perfect style to beat Mayweather, Mayweather has never faced anyone so quick. Still not saying that Khan would win but he has the best chance of anyone in his division

Agreed that Khan has the style and speed to give Mayweather problems.

Most British fight fans, and US ones for that matter, would love to see Mayweather's reign end. Make no mistake, his boxing skills are second to none, but he is loathsome and obnoxious as a person. And it isn't just about personality either. Despite his undoubted ability, Mayweather's technique has become defensive and negative, and that means his fights have lost some excitement. It is decision after decision, with him doing the minimum to take rounds and rarely taking chances. I am sure he could have finished Cotto or Guerrero if he went for it and chose excitement over safety, but instead he settled for yet another decision.

Khan has some super boxing skills, but also a dodgy chin and sometimes makes some naff decisions in the ring, eg deciding to trade with Garcia/Prescott. He brings excitement to fights though. The whole welterweight division is absolutely stacked with talent and excitement. Hopefully Mayweather's retirement will mean we get some more competitive fights rather than everyone chasing the big fit with him. Good riddance, I say.

Not saying Khan will beat Mayweather but like others have said, he has the style to do it. I reckon it would be a close fight and hope it happens.

Khan does not have the style to beat Mayweather, speed is all he has, how many fighters have struggled to hit Khan? there is not a chance that mayweather will struggle to find the target and we all know what happens then.

Anyone who thinks Khan does not have a real chance against this fading, near the end of his career Mayweather doesn't have a clue. A peak Mayweather would school him, but by next year Khan would have a great chance due to the fact Floyd is almost at the end.
