    Whenever I think of Neary and the WBU I think of it as an example of the fighter making the title more than it is. He was exciting, involved in decent fights. He gets a claim for that imo. I think someone on here might have Tony Bellew or Dodson said last year that they ranked Neary as a world champ as he fought world ranked guys.
