If I was him, I'd be pushing for the rematch.

Easy defence win the Lonsdale ,, Fight Groves for big money , lose that one , then announce . i've relized i'm too small at that weight for the top level guys , drop the weight and get some big money fights , He could beat Solliman . , but he won't have his ttile long .

jeez this is what is so wrong with boxing right now ....he gets robbed in Germany and suddenly he should hand his gloves up. would anyone be saying this if he'd been given the decision ? it was close but those score cards were disgusting...AA knew he would win that FIGHT as he was at home , I love this sport but sometimes the corruption makes it harder and harder to really love it. I am not just talking about Germany being corrupt look at the stinkers we've had recently with Ricky Burns we are just as bad but this will ruin the sport...Yes fair enough you must beat the champion fair and square but 119-110 are you serious !

IF the pressure from the poor judging gets him another shot then:

-Get him in the weight room: Smith was carrying a lot of weight around his stomach Not saying he was fleshy but in comparison with Abraham, his back was enormous and you could hear the power that generated in the shots being landed.

-Get him looking like a World champ: I know this is superficial as f*ck but watching the fight, the guy lookings chiselled sleek a bit tanned up in comparison to the hairy pale fella working his bollocks off. I like Smith for the fact he has an everyman look about him but even in the most minute manner it has gotta be a factor in a wavering judges mind on a 50/50 round.

-Get some bad blood: Get Abraham rattled get him coming out the blocks and gassing mid way again. Its all well and good this I respect you, you respect me, the sauerlands are like my brothers, but get under Abrahams skin and it could be a factor on a more dominant second half for Smigga

He fought his bollocks off out there and I hope he gets another go

Thing being mate if you were AA manager/promoter you wouldn't give a **** if people were shouting you out, AA will have his own agenda ie at his age hed want a big money fight against another top fighter for his pension

Paul Smith has got plenty of options and I can see him landing one of these big fights next:

    1) Arthur Abraham: Its the fight he wants and we'll find out soon enough if the WBO will force the rematch.
    2) George Groves: With talk of Anthony Dirrell having a voluntary defence next Groves will defend his European and WBC Silver titles and he could do a lot worse than Paul Smith.
3)Rocky Fielding:probably the least favoured option for Smith, but it gives him the chance to win his British title outright, plus it's a big Liverpool derby and a fight the fans want to see.
    4) Anthony Dirrell:The least likely, but the American is meant to be squeezing in a voluntary before his mandatory, so don't be surprised to see him pick Paul Smith on the back of his performance against Abraham.

Abraham hasn't got a mandatory, but Steiglitz-Sturm are fighting at a catch-weight, so that could easily be made a final eliminator.
There is hope for Smith though as the WBO have come out and said there will be a review of the judges scorecards. If the WBO find the scorecards affected the outcome of the fight then Smith could be mandated.

If i was Smith id want to fight for the British title to win the Lonsdale belt outright.

Then try for a re-match with Abraham or failing that wait for Froch v Degale fight to be done and face the winner if they'll accept a voluntary fight.
