Only a bunch of ******s were rating Stevens highly because Golovkin was fighting him. Stevens has been known to being a joke since 2006, and Rubio is also another joke who has been widely considered a joke since 2009. Hell people were complaining that Pavlik was fighting him in 2009 yet somehow he's the real deal now and the ******s are trying to justify yet another crap fight by hiding behind "IT'S A WBC MANDATORY!".
