Just read that this ricky Hatton top prospect got ko in 1 round against a journeyman who boxed on a days notice ,anyone see it ? Doesn't look good for Hatton as a trainer.

    Controversial decision supposedly.

Hatton doesn't keep his fighters active enough, none of them will ever make anything decent of themselves with him.

And what do you base that misguided claim on?

Sonny has had six fights in 11 months and already has a date for his next.

Anthony Upton only joined up with Ricky in February and he's had five fights since.

Ryan Burnett had four fights in five months. Since he left to go with another manager five months ago he's had....none.

Damien Hooper has had nine fights in less than 18 months.

Cameron Hammond has had six fights in less than 12 months.

Zhanat Zhakiyanov will have fought three times by the end of the year, which is good going for a the WBC world #2 who seemingly every bantam going is avoiding.

Lucas Browne has fought four times in the past 11 months, which again is good for a guy at championship level.

Now compare those to other companies and say the fighters aren't active enough.:D

Shame but sonny will come again. Paul looking good also after his move up North but for me Anto the younger bro is the one destined for big things. I looked after 2 of the boys for a few months on the return to Uk as I have known the boys since there younger days and when on form and with distractions the things that young Anto can do can take ur breath away....my tip for uk next big thing. Watch this space
