Selby should fight for the IBF in the Spring. If he wins will they be kept apart. Could Warrington pack out Elland Road by next Summer? Should he defend his belts or go through the international route? He has no domestic challengers bar Selby. I doubt Marco McCulloch would come from Belfast.
think that brunker guy Selby beat would be a good opponent, he's highly ranked by quite a few boards, but looked quite crap against Selby. After that he should maybe look at another top 10 ranked opponent before moving towards an eliminator, I'd avoid going for the belt Walters has though he looks a bit too good.
I think the winner of Hyland vs Simpson like their planning will be an excellent test. If he manages to come through that (which is certainly no guarantee), then a decent World ranked opponent and should he also come through that then the winner of Velez/Gradovich vs Selby.
He could defend the his triple crown against Ryan Walsh. If he could stop him it would be a good measure against Selby
never really new to much about him, was impressed with his last fight. Looking forward to see where he goes from here
Id go ryan walsh. Then winner of hyland v simpson then brunker or simmon ( lad selby beat). Then look at an international belt for a higher world ranking. No rush with josh only young and will keep selling out in leeds so hearn will milk it. He gets some stick on here for who his fought but his followed selbys path of opposition to the European title.
Warrington is so overated, he does not have the pop to win any sort of world title and is just being looked after because he is a ticket seller.
I wouldn't say that at all, I think when you consider his young age and the fact he has not even being full time until recently, he has loads of potential, and it is far too soon to say he won't win "any sort of world title", especially when you consider there are at least 6 belts banded about as world titles. The fact he is well supported is only a benefit and will mean he can obtain home advantage in most of his fights. I do worry this will lead to fans being exploited with crap opponents and shoddy under cards however.
