Oscar had balls enough to face Hopkins back when he was still terrorizing the middleweight division. You gotta respect Ole Fishnets for that. Fact of the matter is, love him or hate him, the Ole Man is one of the most dominant middleweight champions in the history of the sport - and Oscar, a welterweight, challenged him to a fight.

Oscar has his faults but, fact of the matter is, his list of opposition is impressive.

    Hopkins
    Quartey
    Carr
    Mosley x2
    Whitaker
    Mayweather
    Trinidad
    Vargas

    A modern day Murderer's Row.

That said, he should have fought Wright and Forrest. He should have rematched Trinidad and Quartey..

    I'm sorry but NO.

Fight could have been made except for the fact that Mayweather wanted same day weigh-in.

Mayweather was smart to duck Winky.

Wright would have beat his ass...

Oscar took a dive against Hopkins and got his ass handed to him by Floyd and Pacman. Oscar beat up an old Julio Cesar Chavez who had like 120 fights under his belt and had no business being in the ring anymore.

Lost to Trinidad because he ran the last 3 rounds because he didn't want to get hurt or ruin his pretty face, deserved to lose.

Lost to Mosley twice, nothing to be ashamed of there, though.

However, the best fighter, or his most impressive win was against Fernando Vargas, a guy who was on steroids. But otherwise, he doesn't have as many fights as Floyd, and has 6 losses on top of that. Arturo Gatti was tailor made to lose and was a C+ class fighter at best.

Now, I am NOT a Mayweather fan at all. I can't wait until he's out of this sport as a fighter. I hope someone shatters his jaw and orbital bone and shuts him up for a few months. But he's better than Oscar.

Oh man, Wright and Forrest would've beaten Oscar up and hurt him. Trinidad would've won the rematch, he was a smart fighter, he would've made the adjustments he needed to. Oscar is and was a drunk who was able to stay in good shape and go 12 rounds with pro fighters, but never win against the best. If he was ugly and not considered to be a *** symbol by women and gay men, we wouldn't even be making threads about him. He was projected as a great fighter because he was marketable.

He should've fought Paul Williams and Jermain Taylor, too, but he knows he would've gotten his ass kicked. Am I wrong?

Well Floyd IS a bussinessman who just happens to be a boxer, so he will always go with the "smart" decision. He doesn't care about his legacy as a fighter. This whole "undefeated" scam is just so he can charge more money for his PPV's and higher purses.

Delyahoya will be remembered in the boxing world far longer than mayweather will be. Comparing Delahoyas boxing career with Mayweathers boxing career is like comparing their promotional companies. Delahoya was the original one who dared and made it with no fear mayweather the onlooker the fearful watcher who waits till theres no risk involved i mean look at Mayweather promotions whose their biggest fighter ishe smith lol
