Now a days mostly people don't like to wear headgear during training for better visibility so what about your choice do you really like to wear headgear or not..?

For sparring yes. No need to risk cuts and bruises unnecesssarily. For fights, better without it.
I have a Rival facebar one, which restricts my breathing somewhat. And in my opinion, improves my conditioning for actual fights. So that's an unintended benefit I think.

me neither and there's arguments as to whether a head guards tightly wrapping your head actually helps or hinders your brain.

was going to say that...heavy punches make the brain vibrate in the skull more with headgear on.

It was mentioned at a coaching course I was on earlier this year.
Off topic but do you know when rosin was last used in the UK ?? I'm sure I remember seeing it in the 70s when I was boxing, along with those blue and red sashes we wore.

heres my problem with head gear. lets say i slip a punch but only by a few cm if i do it with headgear it may catch the headgear because headgear makes my head slightly bigger. its also heavy and makes it difficult to move my head fast

I think it hinders. More surface area therefore more jarring and vibrations in brain down to spine. Plus without headguards 1-2 good tumps you could stop someone, with headguards could be longer. I defo think headguards are worse for brain

Good point regarding head movement, with a head guard you just don't do it and after all the aim of slipping a punch is to avoid it by as small a distance as possible.

I forgot to add that when im throwing a punch and just miss it my thumb often catches on the headgear and gets yanked back

If you have proper fitted headgear, it doesn't really block your vision.
Either that or I've just gotten used to it.
