Why do People on here discredit & underrate Leonard Bundu

    It seems like Frankie Gavin is one of the most disliked UK boxers on the british forum.

    Every thread about Gavin some idiot will put .. he lost to a 40 year old Euro Level fighter

    When in reality he lost a close split decision that could have gone either way to a World Class fighter.

    Bundu is a top 10 welterweight, he's a class fighter..people always mention the fact he's 39.. but most of the best fighters in boxing are in their 30's!!!!! He's very young and fit for his age.. age isn't a problem with him don't know why people keep mentioning it. Seen him 3 or 4 times and he's always impressed me.. he's won 7 european title fights in a row 5 by KO/stoppage... he's proved he's above european level.

    It's good that's he finally getting a big fight , he'll won't be getting banged out early that's for sure I expect him to give Thurman a really good close fight.

    I personally only have 6 welterweights beating him... Mayweather, Pacqauio, Marquez, Bradley, ... and in close fights...Brook & Thurman.

    The problem with Bundu is he's never fought a world class fighter but he's a very good boxer. He's not a knockout puncher, either.

    He's european so americans instantly think he's a bum or a no hoper. I think most of them have never seen him fight or ever laced up a glove.


    Bundu hasn't really fought a puncher like Thurman.

    My prediction is Thurman by knockout. I think his power will suprise Bundu and it might be an early stoppage. It's just a bad style matchup for him. Bundu is a top class operator, though.

    he's not a Massive puncher but he does punch fairly hard. He's a solid all rounder.

    mate people always underrate when a guy is older than the rest.. Ive been in the music game and I always got underrated and parred off cause I was older than the rest but I could always swing it with the youngers just like bundu. Plus the fact hes in a the only divison that the yanks dominate lol and they are a bunch of ignorant ****s

    Bundu is a world class fighter, anyone who isn't trolling or has an agenda who has seen him fight will tell you that. He gets underrated cause lots of people on here want Frankie Gavin to fail! it' a fact! As a world championship gold medalist blessed with brilliant technical abilty .. Gavin attracts a lot of hate.. from this country who love a loser.

    Barx ultimately is outdoing the other guy.. then you can go into quantity/power etc.

    Gavin has won all his fights.


    By definition there's only win/lose/draw.


    And Gavin 'beat' Woodhouse and beat Bundu etc.


    2 KDs and 3 rounds won still loses a fight.

    If you land more.. and make the other guy miss more.. then by boxing you win.

    Those are the 2 fights people say Gavin lost or something.
