Have you seen Tatars? Almost all of them have fair hair, and grey or blue eyes. Not just the "very watered down white Ukrainian version". So do some ethnic Kazakhs (and they are not mixed. I'm Kazakh, and look Asian, but my brother has green eyes). Just because they have fair skin, blond hair, and green/blue/grey eyes doesn't mean that some ethnic Kazakhs are white and some, who look Asian, are Asian.
