Nope. I remember the times when you'd buy a PPV and it'd be LOADED with top fights and names. A few hours here and then a few hours over in the states. I'm not lining that lanky looking headmaster-come-car salesman's pockets.
I can't justify the money for whats on display at the moment I am not Hearn bashing here, The guy is good for British boxing IMO (I like strawberries I do)
Not chance in hell , I have bought pay-per view in the past but this one is not worth extra money on top of the money I already pay to sky
Subscription TV's a modern phenomenon and a mug's game. They make more than enough money through ads, all the rest is a **** take. All the Sky subscribers I know are football goons..
I won't be buying. Was tempted at first but the one sided nature of the undercard has killed it for me. Rather than 8 one sided fights, 2 or 3 50/50 or even 60/40 fights and I would have bought it. Probably still watch though, be it down the pub or another way
I'll watch it down the pub as I'm sure a few will have it on when it takes off (as Sky will hype it up huge in the week before) and if not, I'd probably buy it and invite a couple of people round to watch it. It's a nights entertainment and while the card is disappointing, I'm still looking forward to watching Cleverly-Bellew so...
I will have to go against the grain here and admit that I will be buying this PPV, I might get stick but at the end of the day i love boxing and thought about travelling down to the fight but I can't manage down due to other commitments so at £16.95 it is worth it to me. I can understand why people won't be happy to pay but if they feel strongly about it they don't have to buy it!! But this might be nonsense because I'm buying the PPV and i'm a ******!! haha
