Vargas rocked him with some clean right hands. Cotto would annihilate him with punishing shots upstairs and downstairs:yep

Margarito by TKO in a war, Cotto's chin appears a lot better at 147 than 140, I just think Margarito is going to overwhelm him, I don't know think Cotto can fight at Margarito's pace for 12 rounds, and you know Cotto won't back down, there will be a ton of leather landed on both

I can see that, but Cotto fights so well off his backfoot and I can just see him counter-punching Margo the whole fight the way he throws those looping hooks.. I say Cotto by stoppage/tko..

Now 5'7'' or 5'8'' tall Cotto has the jab to keep Margarito at the end of it? Cotto may jab stiff and throw a big right hand here and there... But this is not about beating someone in the boxing sense, Cotto has to beat up Margo to win clearly. And he can't break Tony justlikethat, not even aiming sharp to the solar plexus or to the false ribs. Believe me, Tony has the tools to beat Miguel so they may well get prepared for the fight of their lifes. Tony overwelms Miguel.

Because Margarito is one tough fighter, and the best gameplan for Cotto is probably to box and move laterally/on the backfoot.

One helluva matchup, I gotta go with my boy Margarito . . . the dude is just tough as nails and will not stop putting pressure. Whoever wins this fight will have earned it.

Poll results so far have Cotto winning this one by about 70% to 30% for Margarito.......................sounds about right to me:think

I don't care what you guys say, Mayorga has a better chance of both surviving against and hurting Cotto than Margarito does. :tong

    I WANT THAT FIGHT. :|
