Ali had one night of excessive holding . He wasn't allowed do when he fought Frazier again but still won.

No way Wlad would fight Povetkin if he wasn't allowed shut the fight down as he pleased.

The only 2 guys i can think of that were semi dominant in the Klitscko era asides from Vitali and Wladmir, were probably Ruiz and Valuev.
