Il start by saying the fight should never have been on ppv, probably the worst ppv sky has ever done and I wont be getting it but its been badly promoted, its just over a week away and some of my friends who are casual fans havent mentioned it all,It doesnt seem to have captured the public's imagination at all..

Agree that its not really a PPV but understand its the promoters duty to maximize revenue for themselves, fighters and broadcasters.

It's been decently promoted, Gloves are off show tonight will spark interest and Sky will step up now to the fight.

Not sure if its been badly promoted or just the fact not many people are *that* arsed about it.

Dont get me wrong I would love to watch it myself (not for £17 mind) but I cant imagine many casuals getting excited these two

you do know you do not have pay £17 for the PPV , if you have the capacity to write in a forum im sure you can find your way around the internet to find it on the night for nothing .

They have promoted it pretty well I think.

The issue is that the casual audience have not caught on to it, understandably.

It is a shame as I think this could have been a decent event (obvs without the meaningless Groves and Quigg fights for example) on regular sky sports.

I'm from Glasgow but going down for the fight. If i wasn't id probably buy the PPV.
None of them are the best in their class but domestic fights like this are good entertainment IMO - whatever tickles yer fancy i suppose!

obviously why their showing gloves off on sky1 trying to drum up some interest from the casuals...smart move by the sky team...been informed that so far the buys for this horrendous PPV have been lets just say embarrassing..

Giving this the major promotional build-up that was given to Froch vs Groves and Klitschko vs Haye is like having one of those all day build-up's that are normally reserved for the FA cup final for the Autoglass windscreens trophy.

This is not a 50-50 fight at all!!!

Cleverly will out point and out work Bellew as long as he fights smart.

They are both obviously friends off camera and fake the hatred to earn some money

Boring predicable fight. From the moment it was made to the moment it will finish
