Naz always wanted to be the daddy big dick and kept putting Nelson in his place... Jonny just had enough of it.
They could get in the same ring now... they are about the same weight. That fat **** Naz is a classless *****. Just look at what the the two guys have been arrested for... Eubank - for protesting against a war, Naz for driving like a twat and ruining peoples lives, the pie eating ponce.
Yes It all goes back to Brendan Ingles Autobiography which caused the split with Naz....he speaks of Naz's arrogance etc. It was Naz's treatment of brendan after that that caused Johnny to **** him off. Incidentally, Johhny used to babysit for my niece.
Trust me, Chris Eubanks not a normal black folk in England That isn't actually his natural voice. He's always had major issues (IMO) and quite clearly ashamed of his roots. They reckon when he's got a few drinks down him, he speaks like an East End Cockney, effin and blindin, (seriously). Anyway, Eubank and Naz were best of friends from early-1989 to about mid-1994. Eubank started the vault over the top-rope on his pro debut, but Brendan Ingle asked Naz to say on ITV that Eubank stole it from him, because Ingle got offended a year before when Eubank told Naz that Mickey Duff was all wrong, or something. Naz did what Brendan said and Eubank didn't speak to him again until shouting, 'Shut up, Naseem!' during his fight with Calzaghe!
I was a fan of both, for differing reasons. Benn was a great warrior, always coming to fight, whilst Eubank was a craftsman, always able to make the opponent look stupid. It's just a shame about his obsession with the WBO!
I wouldnt be suprised if Eubank got the rope vault idea from the Wincobank gym as when I went there it was part of training to do some sort of acrobatics, Brendan said it was to build confidence.
Well, not according to Eubank, and one thing about Eubank is that he's honest. He says he first did the vault over the top-rope on his pro debut, and that he never even met Naz until years and years later, and wasn't even in the country. "In the 50 fights I've had, I've jumped the ropes every time and never tripped once." - in reference to Naz getting his foot caught on the top strand before one of his early fights! (and coming a cropper!)
i'm surprised how well benn speaks, he grew up around where i live and went to my gym, he had a really rough life, he lost his older brother who he looked up to at the age of 13, he only visited his brothers grave recently because he was not ready all those years.
