So im wondering for the people around here who are a little more serious about boxing. If you work out in the mornings (8:30am-ish) do you eat breakfast before or after your workout? assuming your doing more then a run of course
I never eat before training. Nothing hurts more than being hit in the stomach with even a small amount of food in there.
I work Midnight to 8am so It depends on how I feel usually I eat eggs earlier in my shift then go work out or sometimes i go home sleep a couple hours then go to the gym, it really depends on what type of work out I'm doing that day.
Usually after. but if i consume calories before, its usually something like, ensure, boost, or a protein shake of some type.
My ritual involves taking these needles in my ass. I don't know what's in em' but my coach gives em to me, and I can so sooooo many reps. Makes me rampage sometimes, and my ***** tits would be nicer if they ain't had so many damn zits, but i'm swole as #$%$ so who cares right???
I would always eat before my morning runs. First thing i did was get a banana or w/e and then get ready for my run. I thought one would start burning muscle before they burn fat if they dont eat properly. I need that extra energy :bbb
I would never do any kind of hard training without eating SOMETHING first. Just makes me feel weak and interrupts the quality of the workout. Even if it's just a bagel or fruit, just something. Except sparring. If I was doing that in the morning I'd just get up early and eat a few hours before.
